Is it possible to configure to Yealink phones to work as a private line ringdown or PLAR?

Id like for them to work in the manner demonstrated in this video:

I have two extra phones and I'd like to set them up for my daughter and her friend that lives across the street. (They are just 2 years old and can't dial)

Hi Paul,
We have a feature called Hot line, when you fill a number(104) as the attached picture, so when you lift the handset, it will dial out this number(104) automatically after 1 second.
I think this is what you want.
