T38G Vlans

We are setting up Vlan 120 on the T38G and T32G phones with the latest firmware supporting multicast paging. The PC port is set up as Vlan 1 and the Internet port set as Vlan 120. When we manually enable the Vlan 120 for the internet port and set it, it defaults back to disable and vlan 1 upon boot up. the 3 firmware versions we tried are:
T38G - 28.70.0.143 and 38.70.0.146
T32G - 32.70.0.126 and 32.70.0.143
All with the same results.
We set up a T28P with 2.61.0.115 and it worked.

Any suggestions?

The firmware 38.70.0.146 doesn't work either? Could you let us know where you get this firmware?
Some of our customer feedback that this firmware fix the problem, could you reset to factory default and try again?
