I can not do using the buttons BLF pickup

I can not do using the buttons BLF pickup having a call on hold, my phone is T28.

Do you mean when you hold a call, then a second call is incoming, other phones can't use BLF pickup DSS key to pick up this second incoming call?
If yes, sorry, currently BLF pickup can only be used when there's only one call.

With version x.70, the problem is that when I am in a call and somebody’s phone rings, I cannot pickup the call of that phone, instead of that, it receives my pickup intent as a second call.
