T26P - Hold & Resume
Hello,

When an outside call is placed on hold, then we press resume, we can hear the outside caller but they cannot hear us. Any ideas?

What's the firmware are you using?
Please upgrade to our latest firmware 6.70.0.140 and try again.

Hello - I received an e-mail reply from Yealink support, with the instructions to download 6.71.0.125 (attached to their e-mail). I did so for all our phones and the problem persists. So, 6.70.0.140 is the latest version?

6.71.0.125 is newer version, but this firmware is still beta firmware, we still not release commecial V71 firmware.
Please update your result to support.usa@yealink.com, it will have higher priority.

Gosh, I wish I'd known it was beta firmware before updating all the phones! I wonder why technical support asked me to update to a beta version? Is it possible to go backwards, i.e., now update to 6.70.0.140?

Here's the message they sent yesterday:

[undefined=undefined]In order to do a troubleshooting, could you tell me the firmware that your phone running?
Does this issue happen usually?
We have released a new version and fixed some bugs. Could you please update your phone to this version and test again?

Hi Pamheld,
They just want to check whether our beta firmware already fix this issue, if yes, we will release commecial firmware soon, so at that time, you can upgrade to our commercial firmware.
And after you upgrade to it, you can still go backwards.
So actually you can try 6.71.0.125 as they suggested. Thanks.
