Autoprovisioning DTMF passthrough and inter-digit timeout
Hello All,

While setting up auto provisioning configurations for the W52P (v25.30.0.20), I have encountered two issues which may or may not be related to one another:

* When receiving an inbound call, hitting pound (#) does not send the DTMF to our PBX, but any other key appears to. The tone is not even heard by the remote party, but the button press can be. We use pound to begin a blind transfer and accessing feature codes, not being able to do this is a bit problematic. What configuration options must I change to get pound to pass through the DTMF?

* We cannot get inter-digit timeout to work when trying to place any call, the phone will just wait indefinitely regardless of what we set the inter-digit timeout to be via the web interface or configuration file. Is there a necessary modification to the dial plan? Perhaps a configuration option that globally enables inter-digit timeout separate from the timeout option?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

1. About DTMF issue, here i press # during the call, and it works, it's the same as pressing other button, there's tone, and can display.
Could you upgrade to our latest firmware 25.30.0.29 and try again?

2. About inter-gigit timeout feature, sorry currently W52 do not support this feature.
