I have the same problem with Yealink T22P(25 units).

These phones have auto-answer option and intercom option disabled.

Firmware V71 from ftp://yealinkftp:yealinkftp@ftp.yealink....wares/T2x/ in all phones!!

Asterisk 1.8.22

My client is very angry because it is a multinational with many calls and entering abruptly calls is irritating and unproductive.

I deleted a queue that was set up to see if it solved the problem. Now I have only one ring group and still doing the same ( Dial(SIP/200&SIP/201&...SIP/N) )
In any of the phone the call is answered on handsfree! Without touching anything, with the phone idle.

We need a solution to this problem, because our companies are compromised by a "bug" it seems our responsibility and misconfiguration.

Yealink please, give us a solution.

Hello, thanks for your help. I hope that you could fix it soon. Another info about the system is that the number of calls is very high. In month of July had recived a total of 34.941 calls!! A average of 1.127 calls per day and 839 hours in total!!

In fact, some phones is blocking and is needed reset it....Is possible that for problem RAM space?

Hi Ubunet,
Sorry for this, let me push R&D to check this issue soon.
What do you mean for "Is possible that for problem RAM space?" If you reset to factory default, all the configuration will disappear. You can export the config(in the webpage-Phone-Configuration) first, after reset, import it again.

Just to add to this, I've got a client reporting the same problem intermittently - they're using T26Ps running firmware 6.70.0.141.

I've not got any traces etc, as the issue is not easy to reproduce 'on demand', and capturing traces permanently results in lots of disk space usage, however if there is anything that can be done to help diagnose this, please let me know, as it's a potential security issue if the user doesn't notice and is having some confidential discussion near the phone etc...

About 10 minutes ago, Tina called the office from her cell phone. She hit option 2 for accounting. My phone rang one time and then quit. The next thing I knew, I heard Tina’s voice saying “hello, is anyone there?” I looked over to Tina’s desk and saw the light lit up on her phone. I walked over there and could hear Tina again saying “hello, hello?”. It was coming thru the speaker on her phone. I picked up the receiver and she was on the line. She said she could hear us talking here in the office & couldn’t understand why no one had answered her back.
No one answered her phone, her call just came thru by itself. I wouldn’t have even known she was on the line if she hadn’t kept saying “hello” on the speaker. This has happened a couple of other times before. Tina asked me to email you and tell you about this. She’s concerned that people might be hearing conversations here in the office without us even knowing they are listening.
