Hello all,
Because we didn't get the correct trace, syslog, config.bin file, we can't analyze the problem.
Could you provide these three files to us again, including this issue happened in the logs, so we can analyze the problem?
About how to export these three files, please refer to above instruction.
"Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us."

Can you upgrade to the latest version and test again?
We have fixed some issues like yours in the latest version.

I have another question.. is necesary reset to factory settings???...
I ask because, i have more than 100 telephones, and they are provisioned by tftp server, and are on our clients.
