T20P voice quality

Hi Guy's (T20P Yealink)

Can you perhaps help. When I phone the switchboard the voice clarity is fine but as soon as I get transferred to an ext then the voice quality is distorted. A delay on the conversation on a few seconds almost as if i'm speaking in slow mo.

Any advice?

1. What's the firmware of your T20P? Please upgrade to latest firmware and check again:

2. What's the PBX and version are you using?
3. Do you mean A talk with B, A press Transfer+C number+OK, then A can talk with C, but the voice between A and C have some delay, A hear C'voice delay? Or C hear A's voice delay?
