I have a problem with my phone. This might be just a simple setting, but I cannot find out where it is.
If I record a number in the directory, then the name will show in the history if I miss a call from them (which is ok), however, for every other number, my name shows in the history; if I press ok to call them back, it only shows my name... basically I don't know who called me unless I have already recorded their number in the directory!
Help!
Upgraded, but it's still only showing my name. The only workaround I have found is to go to history, find the missed call you want, press the address book button (as if you want to add the number to the address book) and go down once. It would be ideal if there were a better way to do this, please let me know if there is. Thanks for the help!

1. When there's an incoming call which number is not in your directory, does your screen will display your name? Or it just display the incoming call number, but when you enter the history, you see it display your name?
Then when you dial out by history, it can reach who called you, but just show your name?
2. Could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, so we can analyze?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
