DSSKey and Call Forward
Hi,

Working with an IPphone T38P version 38.70.0.125, I'm looking for a way to set several call-farward destination on different DSS keys.
eg : DSSKey1 set callforward to my cell, DSSKey22 set callforward to a co-worker, etc, etc...

The Following setting is inoperent and does not change the call-forward destination :

Is there a way to do so ?

RE: DSSKey and Call Forward
Hi Kriss,
These forward setting on the DSS key, is used when there's incoming call, then you press them, it will forward to these numbers.
But these setting can't take effect if you want to set the forward in advanced.
If you want to leave the office, you can only set one number that the phone will forward to, but can't set several numbers.

Hi,

Ok many thanks for your answer.
Do you plan to add the possibility to set several call-forward destination via DSS keys in the future ?
Many of my customers are in need.

RE: DSSKey and Call Forward
Hey kris, you can setup a xml page and have that as a one button solution.

then you could have as many forward lines as you want.
I created one for my phone status and it works pretty good. I even have the label of the button change based on which availability I have set.(that took a couple of xml pages, but it worked)

RE: DSSKey and Call Forward

.zip  DNDStatus.zip (Size: 2.22 KB / Downloads: 108) 1)take the first line button and change it to xml browser and point it to your webserver to DNDStatus.xml and change the Label to DND

2)save the xml files attached to your webserver and then edit them to verify that they are pointing to the proper directory on your webserver.

In your case you can change it to forward and then bring up the list of numbers you want to forward to.

RE: DSSKey and Call Forward
Dear Yealink Support,

we'd love to see this feature in a future firmware version as well.
Currently there's no way to alter the forward destination than by wading through a set of menu entries.

It would be VERY nice to change the forward destination with a single key stroke or with an action URI.

Please contact your product department repeatedly until they implement this feature! ;-)
