YMCS update = no access to phones via sub-enterprises!

Exclamation YMCS update = no access to phones via sub-enterprises!
Yealink's updates to the YMCS over the past days are creating serious issues for us. First of all, we've had to reset our account password twice for no apparent reason.

More importantly, we have lost access to all of our customers' phones. When we log into the YMCS, we no longer see sub-enterprises or channels, thus are unable to access the phones stored in those enterprises.

Is anyone experiencing the same, and how can we resolve this ASAP?

In this case, the best and fastest thing you can do is submit a support ticket at Yealink helpdesk so that a YMCS specialist can help you solve the problem.
