Question I am unable to register a new account under Account -> Register.
Hi,

I have two Yealink T41S.

I have the same problem on both devices.

I am unable to register a new account under Account -> Register.

Fields Display Name an Server Host are grey and not accessible.

Nothing chanced after factory reset on both devices.

How can I enable and edit this fields?

You are probably trying to log in as user.
Please log in as admin and try again.

I am already logged in with default credentials.

Username admin / password admin

However the issue occurs as admin.

What firmware version are phones running on?
Maybe a firmware glitch?

Firmware Version 66.86.0.15
Hardware Version 68.0.0.0.0.0.0

Should be the newest version I guess.

I discovered the Auto Provision feature. That's probably the problem. Server URL indicates that the settings are downloaded centrally.

How can I disable Auto Provision?

Hi,

If possible..., go to Settings > Auto Provision and clear the contents in the Server URL field and click Confirm.
This way, the phone will no longer be provisioned.
