Problem of OpenVPN

I get 2 Yealink T31G ip phones: phone a and phone b. I can take both 2 ip phones to make and receive phone calls. After enabling OpenVPN for phone a, I could take it to call phone b. Still, I cannot take phone b to call phone a. How do I solve the problem?
