WH62 Audio Delay

Were on latest firmware for 48s and Wh62.

The audio delay using the headset vs using the handset is a nighmare.

None of the users want to use the fancy headset.

What's the fix for this.

Hello,

I have had the headset for a few weeks, even after updating the phone, from the headset I still have a delay problem.

is there a workaround in the works in an upcoming update??

I have tried several options via the windows application, but nothing works.

there is always a 1 or 2 second delay which I find a shame because I love the headphones besides that.

I hope a Yealink technician will read this and then take a few seconds to respond to us.

Please Yealink - fix this!!

Same as all of you. We started to recommend the WH62 due to it's simplicity, no ehs kit etc, until we discovered the audio delay issue. I'm not finding any resolution. Any update or has Yealink responded to anyone?

it has no new update for 2 months.

I still have the same timing problem.

Too bad the helmet has several good sides, however this problem is really annoying.

I have exchanged the headsets now agains Jabra headsets. No delay but the integration with the original Yealink headsets was better.

I still wish they could fix this problem. Can't believe Yealink is not responding to this at all.
