T42G - Stuck at Welcome screen
Can't get one of our handsets to start up. it appeared to be running but wasn't registering with the PBX, so I power-cycled the phone and now it's stuck at Welcome screen during initialization. Only other screen I can get to appear is the TFTP recovery screen, but I believe I need the recovery firmware to do anything with that.

Could I get the recovery firmware and guide for this phone ?

I cannot guarantee anything and use is at your own risk, but try the files from this link to fix the phone.
