Dial Shortcut from Directory

We have a customer that has 100 entries in their phone directory and simply opens the directory and presses the corresponding number to dial the person. So they may press 34 for John Doe since they memorized that John Does is the 34th entry in the directory.

How can we allow them to do the same with a Yealink phone directory?
