People still not showing Outlook contacts after June 2021 firmware update

One of big new features included in the T55(T58A,T56A)-58.15.0.131.rom is support for Outlook contact syncing. These contacts do appear as expected in the Windows Teams application, but still not on the Yealink T58A. When I hit the People button from the home page, I just get the contacts in my domain on the tenant. I don't see any of the hundreds of contacts I have in Outlook. I know these are accessible, because they all appear in Teams on Windows and I can call them just fine through the PC mic and speaker, but not through the Yeaklink phone.

This was the core feature that was supposedly being added with this firmware update. Big announcement from MS and it's included in the changelog with the update on the Yealink website (see #2.1 on p.4: https://support.yealink.com/previewPdf?f...%2FRI%3D). Specifically, it says, "Supported that Integrating Outlook contacts in people app in read-only mode."

Is there anything special I need to do to get them to appear after updating the firmware?

How do you sync with outlook? can not see it as an option..

Teams syncs contacts with Outlook automatically (really, a 1-way sync from Outlook to Teams), so Teams phone should have access to the same information, but there appears to be a defect (at least for me) preventing the Yealink phone from getting the contacts it's supposed to get with the 58.15.0.131 update.
