T23G does not respond to network

T23G does not respond to network
Hello,
we are having some T23 that some time does not respond to network request.
If we try to ping them or to access them via the web page they do not respond and the extension appear as unreachable on the pbx.

The network connection works fine, if we attach a computer to the second port of the phone we can ping all the other devices on the network but not the phone itself.

The phone seem to work from the lcd menu, we can navigate the various function but not place call or be called.

After a couple of minutes (without us doing anything) they start to work again.


They have firmware version 84 and are poe powered.

Anyone had a similar problem?

Please try with a power adapter, not PoE.
