SIP-T46s Bricked after latest firmware update.
Hi There,

We have a T46s phone and have attempted to update the firmware to the latest version 66.86.0.5

The phone was working after the firmware was installed, but when it was restarted now the phone is dead. There is nothing on the screen and no sound from the handset or when trying to change the volume.
We can only see the Red LED notification light.

I have tried to reset it, by holding down the speaker button and turning it on and nothing, also have tried powering with POE and the AC adaptor that came with the phone.

Please help.

Hi,

Please try next to reset the phone to factory default

Power on the phone with the adaptor that came with it, do not use PoE
Wait, lets say, 3 minutes
Long press the OK button (>10 seconds) and follow the on screen message. (if any)

The phone loads the default settings, then it reboots, and hopefully it will work again.

I have just tried this, the display is still blank, but now the Green LED are lit for the Headset, Speakphone and BLF button 2, 3, 6 and 7.
