T5Xw - DND activating on reboot

Running latest firmware 96.86.0.5

I've seen this now in a T53W and a T54W using MTLS to provision to Broadworks r23. when a reboot request is issued (either from broadworks or the phone web gui) and the config file has been changed, the phone will set DND enabled and then reboot. If the config file hasn't changed, the phone performs a normal reboot and DND is not enabled.

i haven't found anything on here about this, so i'm wondering if there is a setting in my config that triggers this.

all i have set for DND is:

features.dnd.enable = 1
features.dnd.on_code = *78
features.dnd.off_code = *79

This means Enable DND. So not sure what the issue is.

thank you. i misread the description and thought this was the command that allowed the phone to display DND key.
