Yealink Support Trouble Tickets

Yealink Support,

I'm not able to put in a trouble ticket. When I click submit I get an error "Failed to get data".

Yesterday it was giving out a different error.

I get a 403 access forbitten error when I try to access the ticket page, even after following the instructions to create this account. You also can't email Yealink support, because it auto-replies that it's not monitored and to submit a ticket instead. Seems like they're support system is completely broken and they are only offering this peer support system. Pretty horrible.
