T46s Not showing DND status to other users

T46s Not showing DND status to other users
Problem – when selecting "Do Not Disturb" on the physical phone, the calls will go to voicemail when that phone number is dialed directly or by extension, however the line still shows "available" or green to the rest of the team members. We would like to have DND show to the rest of the phones that the user is NOT available for calls the same as if the line was busy.
Is there a way to make this happen?

Hi Vgraham,

This is Albert from Yealink.

DND feature enables the phone to reject all incoming calls automatically when you do not want to be interrupted. But you still can make an outgoing call. So the line will show Green and the LCD will show "DND mode is enabled" to notice that you are in DND status.

If you want to enable the DND in all lines, please login Phone Web UI, Features→Forward&DND→DND→Mode, choose "Phone", then DND again.

Hi Albert,

I wasn't the one with the question, but the question is quite obvious something different from what you're pointing to.

He was asking on how he can get the BLF status indicator (on other phones) to show the status as Busy/Unavailable/Red when this phone is set to DND.

Hi Vgrahm,

If your question is the same as Yisroel said.
I suggset that you should contact your VOIP Service Provider to confirm taht whether server supports BLF+DND, because it is feature on server side, it should be supported in server side.
