W80DM with W53H can't set SCA

Hi,

We have a W80DM controller with W80B Bases and W53 Handsets.
All firmware is latest from the web site (07-01-21)
Everything is working fine except for SCA.
Can turn on SCA in the W80DM and this brings an SCA key to the W53H handset.

Two W53H handsets registered as extns A & B
In the W80DM, set Extn B for SCA
SCA key appears on Extn B handset, but can't find any place to associate this SCA key with Extn A

What are we missing here ?

Hi,

I have logged a ticket with Yealink but so far (Feb-2021) we still have no resolution.
Any (sensible) ideas are welcome.

The issue appears to be in the W80DM firmware. There is nowhere to associate the SCA facility with a second extension.

Not sure where Yealink is / why they aren't active in these forums or where people are actually supposed to POST W80 and W90 related questions.
It bothered me that NO ONE had responded to you as I know what that feels like so I decided to drop you back a note and hopefully spur them to action.

I'd log a ticket. Haven't gotten to this yet, but saw your post. Please update the thread if you get results?
