W80B = Problème qualité audio
Bonjour,

nous rencontrons un soucis sur une installation de bornes W80B (1 Master + 1NIV1 + 2NIV2 + 1NIV3)
Aléatoirement en cours de journée, les utilisateurs utilisant des DECT rencontrent des problème de qualité audio (bruit de marteau piqueur).
Les Firmwares des bornes et des DECT sont à jour.

Question: Do all users experience the problem at the same time or individually?

Please try a factory reset of the base, re-provisioning it and try again.

I'd also recommend checking firmware. New products seem to get more frequent updates, and sometimes unpublished firmware is linked in the forums here.
