how to connect yealink T23G to mikrotik openvpn server

Hi
i have an SIP-Yealink T23G
and i launch an openvpn server in Mikrotik router and its working, i test it, such as picture that you see, but i can't connect my Yealink phone to this openvpn
in training PDF in the internet all of them point out config openvpn client for the Yealink in FreePBX or Issable or Elastix, but i have the openvpn server in mikrotik, and i don't know how config my vpn.cnf and how to route a directory to upload .tar file in Yealink web console. such as the images that i attache them.
please somebody tell me how it's work, i really confused.

I think it has something to do with certificates.

no, i don't think that related to CA and Certificates because i have 2 another device with Atcom brand, those are working with this certificates and other thing is it As shown in the pictures, my Windows connect to the openvpn, so i want to know how config the vpn.cnf file and how compress as .tar file like what directory, and like what sample model.

I do not use OpenVPN, I use TLS/SRTP instead, so I can't really help.
Why I think it is related to a certificate and especially with Yealink is because of this thread:

but maybe other forum members, with much more OpenVPN knowledge, can help.

Current stable RouterOS does not support openvpn via udp hence openvpn directly to mikrotik is a (very) bad idea.

IMHO openvpn in RouterOS 6.x is poorly implemented and should be avoided especially for VOIP.

If you generated your certificates with routeros - there is almost 100% chance that HMAC is SHA256 based...
