Mmmm, maybe a connection issue or something between phone and dongle after all?
Don't you have something like money back guarantee for the Jabra if you are not happy with it?

But I am happy for you the issue is solved now and let's hope it will not return.

Yes, I got it off Amazon so easy to return. I hope so as well. I am not 100% sure it's solved. I think perhaps a part is failing and really the only thing that hasn't been changed is the Bluetooth USB dongle and the phone. More likely than not to be the USB Dongle.

Well know I don't know what to think. The Jabra came. It's horribly uncomfortable but it works. I decided to try my original headset and it's working now.

I think it's got to be something with the phone or USB. Yealink support responded but only asked me if I had tried power cycling the phone. (Which I had). No response since then.
Oddly enough, the problem has returned.
