no Firmware Upgrade location

I have CP960 with 73.83.3.13 - i need to downgrade firmware for zoom to 73.30.0.36
there is no downgrade / upgrade option on my system

Hi,

It's recommend that the devices running the latest firmware should not be downgraded to an earlier firmware version.
The new firmware is compatible with old configuration parameters, but not vice versa.

Log in the system via the web user interface, then go to
Settings > Upgrade > Upgrade Firmware
and enter the firmware file.

I don't really know, but just to clerify, you're trying to switch the device from being a Zoom device to a Zoom Rooms device? It's not just a downgrade/upgrade it's switching edition line.
