T58 Audio Issues Via WiFi

T58 Audio Issues Via WiFi
Here in my home office I have a Yealink T58A & a T48S connected via WiFi. The audio quality on T58A calls is poor. But calls on the T48S are great. Both phones are in the same room and equal distance from the WiFi router.

I have reset the T58A and the WiFi router but still no improvement on calls. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Please make sure the codec order in your T58A is the same as in the T48S.

Okay, what is the actual codec priority and which codecs in priority are supported by your provider?
Is the T58A new out of the box?
Is it running the latest firmware?
Did you reset the device to factory default?

I have the same issue. I tried contacting the support, got no answer.
