Tim&Date Not working
I have a Yealink T46G and the Time&Date doesnt work using the servers.
I can enter the time and date manually and it does update. I have other Yealink T46G's and they have the same setting but they DO use the server to determine the time
Is there likely to be something wrong with settings or maybe I have done something wrong?

EDIT" Problem solved - entered the IP address of cn.pool.ntp.org which is 162.159.200.123

This a temporary solution.
Please check if the Primary and/or Secondary DNS of the phone is correctly set.
e.g.Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 - Secondary DNS: 1.1.1.1

Help! I have a ticket that is not being responded to. Is everyone OK over there?

My ticket number is 100953. How can I get help? I already escalated this ticket but that didn't seem to help.
