Account re-registration at W60B freezes

There are several bases W60B with phones W56H. Firmwares on phones and the base are the latest. When the telephone exchange is rebooted on some bases W60B, registration freezes. There are 8 registered W56H handsets on the base. They hang randomly. Only rebooting the base W60H helps. Every time in this case, you have to go to each base and check each phone registration. Are there any re-registration timeouts? A similar problem is observed on the phones T23G. There are phones from other companies, there is no such problem.
