Disable missed calls for BLF

Hello,
We have a few users who monitor our main line on their T57W phone. The problem is when a call comes in on the main line it shows as a missed call on their phone. Is there any way to turn off missed calls for the line they are monitoring? In other words they only want to see missed calls for their extension.

Hi,

When the phone monitoring the main line do it also ring when a call comes in on the main line, or is the power LED going to flash, or do you get a notification popup?
The notification popup can be disabled here:
Features > Notification Popups > Display Missed Call Popup > switch Off
The Power LED can be disabled here:
Features > Power LED > MissCall Power Light Flash > switch Off

It rings at the user's phone after the 4th ring and they receive a pop-up notification (which is what they want). The problem is only with the "Missed calls". They do not want to see the "missed calls" in the history and the little notification for the main line. They only want to see "missed calls" for their own extension.

Hi,

I think it is not possible what you want to achieve. After the 4th ring the call is send to the phone and because the call is not answered by the user they get the missed call notifications.
I think, but for sure, you have to use a Ring Group or Queue, these notifications for missed calls will not appear.
