T46S with Speaker with a cross over it icon

One of our users reported his T46S doesn't ring on incoming calls.

Got him to send through phone and noticed that there is a speaker icon with a cross over it. I've not seen this before. Where do I go to clear this up?

Hi,

This will say the ringer volume is "0".
Please press the volume key to increase or decrease the ringer volume when the IP phone is idle or ringing.

ahh that makes sense!

The user claim it has is not. Test on my handset and that exact icon came up.
