W52P Dect Interface "Settings" is missing ?

Hi there,

I want to upgrade the firmware of Yealink W52P Base.
We have a W52P Dect Basis with 3 Handsets.
I can log into the interface over web browser (MS Edge, Google Chrome).
Then the menu point "Settings" is missing.

Please find attached the screenshots.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Hi,

Not for sure it will help, but reset the base to factory default and try again.

This operation will delete all your personal configuration settings, and reset all settings to the factory defaults. Also admin and user passwords are set to default.
