Do we need to do anything on our Yealink T42G phones re the following message from Microsoft about changes to authentication?

Refer to the screenshot uploaded in the attachment and upload the certificate at the designated location.

Sorry I don't understand what this means. We already have SfB licenses on the phones. Do we need new ones?
