How to make Outgoing AIP URI calls?

How to make Outgoing AIP URI calls?
The documentation mentions about allowing outgoing & incoming SIP calls directly to the telephone.

Which states, "IP Call feature allow the SIP phone to make and receive calls by IP address (Without SIP account)"

I am trying to make a DSS key with speed dial and URL without success.

I have tried 200@xxx.xx.xxx.xx and SIP/200@xxx.xx.xxx.xx


I am not seeing anything in the docs about the proper format.

Yes, that was very helpful.

Thank you kindly for your response.

It turns out I did not need to put those asterisk in there. The issue was the telephone was trying to use Line 1. the registered account. Instead I put it on a non registered line and it works great.
