Password Lost

We have a W52 that an employee set who is no longer with us. Is there a way to do a factory reset without logging in to the web interface.

Hi,

Please try factory reset with following steps:
1. Disconnect power supply from base, but leave network cable connected
2. Long press Paging button on base, connect power supplier, wait until all lights are on
3. Disconnect power, release Paging button, connect power again.
