T46S Inquiry
Greetings,

I have just begun starting to use the T46S and I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to have the phone not flash the red light at the top right when the phone goes into power save? There are no new messages or missed calls. I have disabled everything in the Features ---> Power LED. See Attached.

2. The time and date display -- when the phone is idle it displays in the upper right hand corner. As soon as you start a call, the time goes off the screen and the call timer appears. Is there any way to have the date and time remain on the screen while you are on a call?

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. I am admittedly a newbie when it comes to Yealink equipment.

Hi,

1. Please provision the phone with next two parameters:
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.on_time = 0
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.off_time = 100

2. I don't have the T46S so I can't test it for you. Sorry.

If you are on the newest phone software you can push the OK key when in a call to display the Time. There is currently no way to just have the Time and Data display stay on. I'm not sure why Yealink doesn't support that. Your best bet is to open a ticket when them and say you need this feature.

I updated the firmware and the phone functions fine. However, now the web interface does not. I get a message that says:

This page isn’t working 192.168.0.2 sent an invalid response.
ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE

Any ideas on how to fix?

Also, How do I complete the following:

Please provision the phone with next two parameters:
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.on_time = 0
features.power_saving.power_led_flash.off_time = 100

make sure the HTCP is enabled using the phone menu under advanced, network, web.
