XML Parsing Error when attempting login via web browser

When attempting to login to a DECT Base W60B, via any version browser (IE11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), upon pressing the Login button, the silent error below (shown only in browser debugger window) gets generated.

Visibly, nothing happens. There is no way to login now.

Current Firmware: W60B-77.81.0.10.rom

Please reset the base to factory default and try again.
