Call History shows extension not external number

Call History shows extension not external number
User gets transferred an external call from a user on an extension. When the user looks at their call history it shows a call from the users extension not the external call.

Desired behavior would be to have the external number show up the in call history, is there any way to make this happen?

Hi,

Yes it's possible to change the number registered in the call history to the original number.

Please use the parameters below to do auto provision to change the configure:
transfer.save_initia_calllog.enable = 1
features.save_init_num_to_history.enable = 0

Updated with parameters above, BlndTrnsfr works now but the Attended Transfer does not. Is there a way to have it work with Attended Transfer?

Found out there is another parameter that needs to be set : account.X.cid_source

Set it to 4-PAI-RPID-FROM and it works now!
