T46G Forward off code sends code and Fwd to Number
T46G with FW: 28.83.0.50 sends off code of *73 and the forward to number when turning off Call Forward.

This is on an asterisk based system that needs just the *73 code sent when cancelling Forward.

This is the same issue as described in this thread.
