Status LED BLF

Hello
I am using T46S and T42S on an IPBX Vodia and I have a problem with the BLF function.
When a user goes into DND, the BLF LED slowly flashes red.
When an extension is no longer registered on the IPBX, the LED remains steady green as if the extension was available.
How to keep the BLF indicator steady red when the DND function is on or when the phone is no longer connected?

Hi.
Make sure phone"s" are on the latest FW.
Disable any SIP ALG on internet router.

If incorrect BLF status still a problem then change phone signaling from UDP to TCP.

Account -> SIP server from default UDP to TCP signalling.

If TCP didn't resolve the BLF issue then contact vodia.com support.

Hello,

Vodia support tells me that the setting of these features is done from the phones.
Something I agree with.
The phone receives the DND Notify from the IPBX since the BLF will flash red.
What I want is that the BLF remains fixed red.
