Username/Password- lost

I'm trying to get into the site to set up preferences and my username/passwords arent' working. How to reset???

Hi,

Please long press the “OK” button on the keypad, the display promote “Reset to factory setting?” Choose “OK” to reset the phone. After reboot the username/password is admin/admin.

Hope this will help.

there is an option forgot my password. from there you can reset your id password.
