T42G massive latency before call

T42G massive latency before call
Hi,

We have more than 20 T42G and we face big latency issues when we make phone calls outside and inside. We enter the phone number, press the send button ..... 0~20s of waiting before connecting and ringing.

2 Zyxel siwtches, GS1920-48 and GS2210-24HP, Xorcom IPBX with Voice VLAN.

Phones configured with VLAN, DHCP directly to the IPBX.

Do you know if there's a setting which can produce latency ? The T42G are upgraded to the last firmware, no additional settings.

Really sorrry for my bad english, I need some practicing.

Hello,

I can't answer to your private mail, I got an error 400.

I can tell you I don't face latency when I call direct IP. All phones are T42G, one T46G, all updates.

I have the problem with all phones.

Dear customer,

If IP direct call doesn't have latency, that means the cause of the issue is from the server side, because IP direct call doesn't need to communicate through the server.

Suggest you double check with your server provide and see where is the issue.
As I can see from the syslog, the invite message was sent, the server responsed after 7 seconds:
