Yealink T41P Beeping noice

Hi there,

I've a customer using 3CX with alot of Yealink phones.

all T41P phones are beeping every 10 minutes, if they've voicemails and its like a disco show in the office now.

How do is turn this off, using parameters?

For voice mail feature, this is a feature on server side. It just provides an interface to access the mailbox on phone side. So please contact your service provider for help first. More information, please refer to below FAQ:

Hi Evan,

Thank you for your reply, however 3CX pointed me to Yealink, as this is phone specific and not a PBX feature.

How can i disable the beep.

For your information the T46G doesnt beep

If not help, please help reproduce this issue and offer us the diagnosis files(pcap file and config.bin file, local syslog level 6). Below is the FAQ about how to get these files:
