T48G Skype For Business Office365
Hi,

Could someone please tell me how to get to the online web login page for Skype for Business on my T48G?

I've updated to the latest firmware, but I only get a prompt to login to a hot desk account.

Also - should I be able to use any USB web dongle, or does it need to be the WF40?

1. To login the web UI of this phone:
a. Press OK key on the phone to check the IP address.
b. Find a computer in the same segment with the phone, type in the IP address of the phone in the address bar of the web browser.
c. Login, default username/password is admin/admin.

2. Please tell me which firmware are you using? Please long press the OK button about 6s to reset the phone to factory. And try again.

3. Sorry, the phones with Skype for business firmware don't support the Wi-Fi feature, so the WF40 didn't be needed. The USB port used for Bluetooth headsets with BT40.

Please let me know if any misunderstanding.

I'm just trying to login in to my Skype for Business account on the phone.
I have seen screenshots in documentation of a login page on the phone, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Hi Marc,

I found that the firmware is SIP standard firmware, please upgrade the phone to Skype for Business firmware first. Below is the download link of this firmware:

Below is the FAQ about how to upgrade the firmware:

After upgrading, please long press the OK button about 6s to reset the phone to factory.
