T48G Onscreen keyboard languages

Is it possible to add other languages than English to onscreen keyboard of T48G?

Yes, exactly. Is there an option to add another language to the onscreen keyboard shown on the picture you attached? I remember, in one of previous firmware versions pressing on globe button allowed to choose between English and French, but the most recent one (35.83.0.10) has only English. I would like to have Russian added to English.

Hi Eliah,

About the on-screen keyboard laguage, please follow below steps:

1. Upgrade the T48G to the firmware 35.83.0.10. You can download this firmware via below link:
http://download.support.yealink.com/down...3.0.10.rom

2. Put the attached Russian XML files to HTTP Server(hfs.exe) and enter the URL in the Russian.cfg, like picture(ee.jpg and ee2.jpg) shown:

3.Put the Russian.cfg file in the HTTP server and enter the URL in the Server URL, like pictures(ee3.jpg and ee4.jpg) shown:

4.Click Autoprovision Now, then the phone will have the Russian keyboard layout, like picture(ee5.jpg) shown:

It works, thank you. But now it does not switch to English when I choose "English" in the Globe button menu. Could you please also attach English XML files for onscreen keyboard?[/align]

Dear Eliah,

Really sorry for the late reply.

Sorry to tell you that this "switch language layout" feature is not supported on Yealink phones currently. You can only use Russian if you set up it as Russian layout. Hope your understanding.
