i want to deactivate the symbols for messages and missed calls.
Is that possible? When yes, how?

Hi Risch,

​This is Evan from Yealink Support Team, I am glad to answer this question for you!

You can enable or disable the IP phone to display the pop-up message box when it receives a new voice mail or miss a call. As shown below: On phone Web UI--Features--Notification Popups.
