Intalling Skype on Yealink T58v

Hi guys,

I'm pretty much at a complete loss here. We have a customer which has ordered 3x T58V and 2x T56 phones among others and they are wanting to install Skype on the T58v phones.

So far, we have spent a few hours trying to load the APKs onto the phones but it keeps failing. We also have tried calling Yealink support (we have a hot-line extension) but after multiple hours on hold gave up there as well.

Can anybody at Yealink help us with this???

About this case, you need use Yealink Auto Provision to install APP.
Please 2 attachment for how to do installation. Please noted that you need upload APK to a http server, and configure that URL with Auto Provision parameter:
app.install_url = http://xx.xx....

If you install an apk according to the instructions from kevin skype will install fine. However, my experience with skype is, that video performance is at a level which makes it impossible to use it. But this is maybe a problem with skype itself using electron as the development platform.
My workaround was to use the skype lite for india apk. After startup it complains about missing google services, but after dismissing the message I had no problems using the program. Performance was good.

I also tried skype for business, but this was a total loss since you cannot even add a partner using the android app, you have to do that under windows. And its very hard/impossible to use the app to call a non skype for business skype member.
