Hi,

A possible cause:
Your phone is locked to the VoIP provider and they decide the firmware release.

E.g. you upgrade the firmware and after the reboot, the phone check for new firmware and the provider downgrade the firmware.

Please check if the phone is locked to the provider.

Hope this will help.

Kind regards,
Frank.

Hi,

You can’t see it, you have to ask your provider if they can manipulate your phone firmware.
Maybe Yealink people (not me) can help you, but they are now away to celebrate Chinees Holiday.

Kind regards,
Frank.

Sorry for late reply. This is Evan, how are you recently?

I think I have answered this question for you yesterday on our ticket system.

As I said before, this is firmware is a special firmware, it has some special customization and settings on the phone. So for this issue, please contact the phone provider for help.

Note that: And the special method can only provider to our distributor or reseller , please don't share them to your end user. Thanks for your understanding.

Best Regards,
Evan You
