How to transfer calls to an external number

Hi, I'm using T22P phones and a MyPBX U100. Can transfer calls to an internal number no problems, and can dial out to an external number fine by dialing 9 first, but how do I transfer a call to external number?

I think you will need to do an attended transfer.
Firstly call the external number and then transfer to it.

Apparently you dial *3, then 9 for external number, then the number. Does this sound correct?

Operating it on the phone is not as easy as you operat on the computer ,you can sync call number to computer , it is hard to operation on the phone ,once the data shown on the computer,after then ,you are able to edit or add them by using computer ,
